Understandable, here’s where this post was coming from… Sometimes I have a difficult call. I think about what could have helped the conversation along, then I try to communicate it to my callers. Being talkative is not for everyone, however… I think it just makes the job a little harder when I am trying to make the conversation and the time I have on the phone with the caller a little more comfortable by saying something that breaks the tension. When the other party doesn’t take my queue then it REALLY can be difficult to gauge whether or not this person even likes talking to me.

I realize that it is sometimes difficult for me to get my point across on my blog without everyone internalizing what I’m saying to fit them. That is the way it was written so naturally someone is going to read this and think that they aren’t contributing enough. Sometimes people just lack personality and it’s not something that can be faked. As for you Elyse, I wouldn’t worry.
